16,652 miles later (8,326 each way), we have been to pohnpei, micronesia and back. we lived! :) (i was stressin' about that...mostly because we left jonah behind.) it was a most amazing trip. we went to pohnpei to visit josh's parents serving a two year mission there. it was so unique and incredible because we got to be truly immersed in the culture. josh's parents are entrenched in the missionary work and we were along for the ride. i have more pictures than i know what to do... so a few installments to come. we love pohnpei and the people are the best. my 2 favorite parts: 1)seeing my in-laws in action as missionaries. so strong, so awesome. 2)the people.friendly, generous, genuine.

Just from your few pictures your trip looks amazing! And I think you're so brave to leave Jonah so far away. Hope everything went well on both ends :)
