before heading to st. louey for christmas, we had plenty of fun at home in NY with christmas fun and festivities. due to laziness or maybe the desire to not get behind, i'll post just a few pictures from december. jonah was such a good boy about the tree. he has about 5 ornaments he liked to put on and off from the bottom of the tree, but otherwise touched it very gently and tenderly.
josh and i made and decorated sugar cookies for the church christmas party. we also spent hours another night in the kitchen making treats for our friends and neighbors. good memory of fizzling out and watching 'while you were sleeping' on the kitchen floor.
we liked to wear santa hats around the house together and listen to lots of jingle bells.
the night before we flew to missouri we had a little family christmas party, and josh and i slept under the christmas tree in sleeping bags. we had a special love for our christmas tree this year. looks better in person and when you can see the details ;) we'll have to make the sleeping by the tree a tradition because that was so much fun.
