other blogs

i think i enjoy other blogs more than my own. i absolutely LOVE, borderline obsessed, and can't get enough of my own little fam... but writing about it just isn't my gift (as mentioned before). i guess my blog is another blog to someone else, so more enjoyable than maintaining it. once again, i need to change my blog 'tude, because once a blog post is done, i'm really quite happy with the blog. and i really do it for our adoring fans (my mom).

that was a tangent. i just wanted to post an excerpt from one of the other blogs i read time to time. she's funny and this post i read today was very applicable to my life right now. i would like to think that maybe i'm that funny and i would be that funny on my blog if that was my talent and my cup of tea.

i have this kid. he's pretty cute, see. of course i'm his mom and i'm paid to think that, but really, this is really cute and you're just going to have to agree with me. capital C cute. like, real cute.

when my huckle is feeling distressed about his current state of affairs, he starts to grunt and shout and make ornery faces at the dogs. it's pretty hilarious. so i offer him a pacifier, but he wants to gnaw on it like a toothless old gold panner. of course the pacifier won't stay in when it is regally abused so, and so out the pacifier leaps, which causes henry to feel all kinds of disenchanted with life. it's no fun. nobody wants to exist solely as a pacifier picker upper, let's be honest, i went to college.
